The act.ivate system is a deck of ‘inspiration’ cards designed to help you build a training pathway that best suit your organisational needs.
the four stages of act.ivate
the cards are divided into four categories. Each one a key stage in designing, delivering and evaluating training.
1-setting the scene.
yellow cards
Inspiration for the time and place your training will take place
2-Priming for Change
blue cards
helping you to prepare for your training session to best tailor to organisational needs
3-Catalysing action
green cards
supporting the ‘doing’ phase with suggested techniques and methods.
4-sustaining impact
turquoise cards
Suggestions for ensuring that learning transforms into long term action, way past the session themselves.
